two days ago i was sitting the drive with the truck running and it just quit running it cranks but doesnt start i chechked the fuel no pressure pulled the pump it works fine but i have no power if you by pass the relay the fuel pump work but the truck will not start i checked the power to the fuses on the pcm no power them is there a fuseable link to the pcm it also when you turn key on the only light on the dash is the abs and check sup lights on
Things to test or try: Check fuse #30 (30-amp) under the dash, check fuse #2 (30-amp) in the under hood power box, swap the PCM relay #304 in the under hood power box with another one, test diode #501 which is also in the under hood power box.
Additionally, check fuses #18 and #23 (both 15-amp) in the under hood power box.
im working on a 1999 expedition 4x4 eb i have checked all the fuses and im not get power to any of the fuses for thepcm ive also checked the fuseable links just off the battery and it is ok what color is the wire that powers the pcm
i have checked all the fuses and I'm not get power to any of the fuses
You're not being accurate enough for us to help you. In your first post you said that the ABS and check suspension lights come on and that the fuel pump runs if you jump the relay. None of that can be true if you're not getting power to any of the fuses.
Try this: Turn the key to the RUN position, take a test light or meter and see if you get 12v power to ground from both sides of fuse #18 in the under hood power box (leave fuse plugged in.) **The key must be turned ON or you will not get power, even if everything is good.**
