60 tow and 80E are really all you need. i have the 120 race in my F-5 just for the hell of it.

99% of my driving is in 80E, and that tune will smoke first and second, with a serious chirp in third out of the auto trans when standing on it.
you do have to be careful though because it is very easy to see EGT's of 1300+degrees when standing on it.
you also have to put an overboost annihilator in the map sensor line otherwise the truck will defuel on you once boost hits 21-22lbs. .

I thought DP programmed the Overboost code out of their chips? I know PHP does.

This thread went from the 6637 to exhaust to a tuner. Try and stay with what was asked.

I bought the AFE big boost filter from clay so I can clean it withOut buying a new filter every time it gets dirty. It has more cotton pleats then the k& n filter.

Intake: 6637 is the way to go unless you have money burning then get the S&B CAI. Exhaust: 4'' turbo back. Tuner: F5- awesome because you can pick the tunes you know youll use and that determines the price you pay.
NOTE: dont think about running a tuner before you have installed gauges. Get all the supporting mods first.
Correct me if Im wrong but that should wrap up those 3 questions. If you have any other questions bring them on, were all here to help

DP will cause a cel after 23lbs butt it will not defuel. The cel goes out after a few minutes and causes no problems. I put riffraff's OCR in just so I don't have to look at the light.

with the F-5 my truck would defuel after something like 22lbs. i put the itp overboost annihilator on it and have had no problems since.
itp has since changed theit name to strictly diesel.
here is a link to the overboost annihilator.
Overboost Annihilator

Sorry my post went to a bunch of different topics robbragiel, it was my fault. Once I had people responding I just thought I would ask those who were a few extra questions. I just didn't want to flood the board with a bunch of newbie topics and questions. With that said, lol, could someone explain defueling?

defueling is when the computer reads too much boost from the MAP sensor and "defuels" the engine. in easy to read terms, it turn the fuel off and you will only be at idle even though you have the throttle at wide open..
once the map sensor reads under 22-23 lbs boost, it tells the computer, which then lets the engine run again.
BUT. it will not come back on until you let off the throttle and reapply the throttle.

Not a problem, Its just that there is alot of good info in the thread that might be able to help someone else out and by reading the thread title some people could miss it. Its all good.

Good point. I went the other way with it. I thought most of the stuff i was asking was stuff most had already dealt with a few hundred times. For the future, i'll separate my questions so nothing gets missed
