Very cool build! How are your frame repairs holding up over time? Por15 still sticking good? Had to touch it up at all? Thanks!

Thanks guys, no I actually got the bumper stripped, so I have to buy the pad for the top of it and get the factory fogs for it, those in the pic are just my old ones. I didn't get the 08 brackets with it so, I just used some 3/16 plate I had around to make some new brackets. But yeah the openings are significantly bigger and was planning on getting 2 led bars for the center of the bumper. As far as the por15 I stopped using it because rust would come through it's ok but last summer during the swap I had the truck stripped to the frame cab off engine out you name it and sandblasted the frame and under side of the cab etc . I hate rust .... Also you might have noticed my blue front axle... That's not paint I sandblasted the case and knuckles etc and had them all powder coated

Long story with the Frame actually long story short, uri which is a collage 5 min from where I live, tried to tow my truck and hooked my rsk lift and torn my frame horns up so that's actually why I did the swap I need to completely fix the frame and boxed the front of the truck since then I've put about 10,000 miles on the truck, pulled the sled , and it's been great without any problems, only took about an hour to fab the brackets up and put it on the truck. Thank guys I think the bumper and the front tires do need replacing but there not bald I think it's just the picture cause there all worn evenly. Thanks for all the positive comments guys!! I really appreciate it. cause if you don't like the mirrors I guess it's a good thing I didn't build this truck for you.

If you thought the original was tin foil, what do you call the 08+ bumper? tissue paper?

I don't like em. Leaves TOO MUCH exposed in the front

I like the look of your truck especially the grille and the newer style bumper works really well together! Like others, I'm not a big fan of the Dodge style mirrors. One question about them though. Why do you have them flipped up in the extended position even with no load behind you? Apparently that's a symbol meaning you're looking for male prostitues and cops have started pulling people over when they see you driving around like that. Just food for thought.

Brad I didn't mean it like that haha, my bumper was extremely rotted And pretty the chrome was the only paper thin! But to each his own I'm 19 there's a bit of an age gap there so we like differant things. And I've never heard that one before but I guess you must live where things are differnant I guess! Just started my first day at wyotech today!
