Wipers stopped working- fuses look good, wiper motor replaced, multi switch on steering column replaced. On the fuse box manual states fuse #33 is fuse for wiper motor when i pull it to check it the radio goes off then wait twenty seconds radio comes back on... but still no wipers. Fuse #33 isn't suppose to control the radio at all. Any ideas? Ever hear of a fuse box going bad?
