1990 F 150 Wiper Issues
I have a 1990 F 150 4X4 XLT Lariat with intermittent wipers. I have replaced both the wiper switch and the wiper motor assembly. The wipers work only on "high", but return to "park" when the switch is turned to the off position. The wiper governor is internal in the wiper motor assembly, and according to all the diagrams I have looked at, there are no other relays, fuses, etc that are part of the wiper circuit. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and what did you do to resolve it?
Thanks,
Ed

The wiper governor is internal in the wiper motor assembly, (it's a separate part) and according to all the diagrams I have looked at, there are no other relays, fuses, etc that are part of the wiper circuit.
