Hey there strange ranger. Well I did a search and I came up with a perfect find. It was a near exact match to my situation. A 1989 f-150 with a mechanical speedo. changing from 3.08 gears to 3.73 with LT235/75R15 tires when the OEM tires were 215/75R15 .I found I will need a 21 tooth driven gear for my speedometer cable because ford does not have a 22 tooth.
