The electrical systems are different, the 02/03's have more "options", fuse panel is inside only, and the dash is different. Other that that, it's really just the PCM. I think the AC hookup is different too.
The biggest changes were in programing. The engines are essentially identical from 2000-2003 but the PCM codes are what the sticker is really based on.
