PLEASE HELP ME ANYONE
I am having a problem with my fuses i keep blowing number 27 when it blows it shuts off the turn signals the ac vent and outside temp direction ect. i kinda looked at the wires and didnt realy find anything just wanted to no if this has happened to some one else its driving me crazy hope to here from someone

Under the upper steering column cover is a wire that goes to the end of the shifter arm. It has an intermittent short to ground. It is touching the metal casting somewhere and has worn through the insulation.
This is quite common.
Electrical tape, judiciously placed, will fix it.
There are other threads in here that have illustrations and photos.

thanks for the help so far everyone but sorry to say its not fixed yet i went threw all the wires on and around the collum and found nothing real bad at all so i taped it all up good thinkin i might of fixed something i didnt see but no luck so now were do i begain i do think i have it narrowed down to it blows when im going from park to rev or drive or drive to park or rev
