1978 F250 data plate decoding help

1978 F250 data plate decoding help
Can someone explain my data plate.
VIN reads F26BEBE2830
First row of data plate reads:
133 T F283 AA8 A 37J
Second row of data plate reads:
6700 1978 17 (or just 7)
The things I don't understand is the series. THere is no mistaking that htis reads F28, not F25
Also, the paint code is defintielty a T, not an I. The truck is red, but I have no idea if it was originally red. If it wasn't, someone repainted the floors and door jambs.
