Data plate translation
I was given a 5 window Econoline PUT. The individual had no idea what year it is and has no title.
The data plate reads E10TH 185311
From the info I gathered from other posts on the forum that tells me
E10 Econoline Pick up E100 1/2 ton
T is a 170 engine
L it was made in Lorain Ohio
I can't decipher the year and assembly date.
I would appreciate any help.

Here is the door-tag data decoder specifically designed for 1961-1967 Econolines. You can enter all of the doorplate data, not just the VIN.
Econoline ID dot com
FYI - In 1961, the E10 at the beginning of the VIN was the same for vans and pickups.
