Low speed death wobble????

Low speed death wobble????
Hello all
It's happened about 3 times in the last 2 months,after I hit a bump just right my steering wheel will flop back and forth about 6 inches,it feels like all my front lug nuts are lose.Each time it has happened I've stoped & tried to the wheel lock to lock but it will stop like I don't have any power steering.The wobble goes away after a few miles.Nothing looks or feels lose underneath,the ball joints are 2 yrs. old & I know the steering stabilizer is shot.Any Ideas???
