strange noise help

strange noise help

i dont know how to explain this but i have a klanging noise coming from my front right wheel area. it sounds like something is hitting metal as the wheel turns but there is nothing there when i looked and it doesnt happen all the time ( just alot). im going to ford tom. any ideas on what it could be.

Brake dust shield maybe? They can get bent and touch the rotor. Easy enough to bend it back.

That's a tough one, there is a lot of moving metal under there and its not a common problem. Can you see anything that might have signs of scraping or wear?

everything looks normal, i wondering if a rock or something got past the shield? but like i said the sound isnt all the time... hopefully its something dumb and its fixed tom.
