Did anyone have to relocate a little box with wires and plug (not sure what it is) on the passenger side fram rail to allow for mounting the upper bracket? I watched Epic's video and didn't see any reference to it......
x2 that. Did not have any wires/plugs to deal with on passenger side. I did have the B&W hitch installed like Epic so I had to remove the large bolt/nut from the hitch to mount the upper bracket, but nothing else. In fact, I do not even recall any wiring/plugs being near that spot on the passenger side. Do you have some other accessory installed?

Nope...no other accessories....I haven't done that side yet so I'll try to figure out what it is.

Thanks
What side are you working on...passenger or driver? Your OP mentioned passenger so my response was for the passenger side. If you are working on the driver side, then there is the DEF assembly right where the upper bracket mounts. I did not have to relocate it, just remove the bolt and nut that secures the DEF bracket to the frame and replace with a bolt Firestone provided in the kit to also mount the upper bracket in this same location.
This is the passenger side. I already did the DEF bracket etc on driver's side. I'm going to take a picture of this module because no one else seems to know what it is. I even tried searching for the Ford part # and come up with nothing....
Well, I removed the 2 bolts from the module and moved it down a little (had to drill a hole through the frame to remount it) During my install of the passenger side upper bracket, I unplugged on of the connectors so I could move the module and then I ended up having to move the truck out of the garage for awhile (moved the truck while this connector was unplugged)...anyhow, it triggered the CEL...When I finished the following day and plugged it back in the CEL was still on...I then connected up the AutoEnginuity and cleared the CEL and all is OK.....Very strange that no one else has this Sensor Controller...???

A picture of the module would help. I searched the partial part number you provided above and found nothing. Before you cleared the CEL, did you happen to read what the code was?
