I don't see how that would work at all on the Powerstroke valve springs. According to the Mueckster, the Ford "official" tool costs something like $400.

I was just thinking you can rotate the holes. Connect it to where the rocker bolts in and press both valve springs at once. Just an idea. I see if she is close to fitting the next time I pull my valve covers
