429 valve adjustment procedure

I am looking for the valve adjustment procedure for a 1990 429. Any help or links is greatly appreciated. I need to get my work truck back on the road.

1990 F250 460's and 1990 commercial 429's motors did not have an adjustable valve train from the factory.

soak the lifters with oil if there new. and tighten them down.

My 96 can only be adjusted by buying longer or shorter push rods.

Okay so I just put the engine back together and tighten it down is there a procedure for the tightening sequence (like each cylinder must be at tdc) and is there a torque spec? This is in my commercial 429.
