Reach up inside the dash, to the actual switch itself. There should be a little button on the side opposite of the wires. Turn the headlights on, push that button, and the ****/shaft should slide right out. You can then gently push it back in to turn off the lights.
There's a button on the top of the light switch. Reach up under the dash and feel for the button. It's kinda hard to get to but you should know it when you feel it. Once you find it lightly push/wiggle the button while pulling/wiggling the head light ****. When everything is right the head light **** and shaft will slide out. you might want to unhook the battery first cause you all your lights will be on when it's removed.
