First try resetting the fuel shutoff switch. Just push the button down on top of it.
The switch is also called the Inertia switch.

Does your fuel pump relay make for one second when you turn on the key and then drop out one second later?

Does the small black wire with a green stripe have a good connection (ground) to the NEG post of the battery?

If the green fuel pump relay clicks when the key is turned on then the small black wire with a green stripe has a ground at the battery.

Check the wiring under the green fuel pump relay socket and make sure all the wires are OK.
If so check the yellow wire under the relay and see if you have power on it at all times.

The white wire with a red stripe is an open ended wire, It is the STI wire.

Do you have power for one second at the Inertia switch on both wires when you turn on the key with a test light?
If so check the fuel tank selector switch on the dash.
