Cooking breakfast, taking the dog pin apart & moving it cause our pet chick is out growing the fish tank he is in now. Maybe getting a little mowing down.
...WM couldn't install the tire if they had it. Their company policy is to only install the listed size of tire that's on the door jam VIN sticker.
Yep, been there before, but it was even worse. I took my wife's MB up there to put on a new set of Michelins. They had removed all 4 tires and broke them down when they noticed that the sticker said the car should have 14'' wheels on it, it has a set of newer 15'' MB wheels that were actually a factory option for the car. Can you believe the idiots refused to even put the tires back on the wheels so I could drive it home I ended up going home and grabbing a set of tires to put on the car so I could drive it to a "tire" shop. I'll never consider buying tires from WM again.
Oh yeah, I'm back from my most recent great adventure. Nothing special this time, just a teardrop camper gathering with 142 of these little trailers. Had a blast, met lots of new friends and ate way too much good food. Looks like I'll be stuck at home for a while now, nothing planned until the middle of Sept, unless something comes up....
Evening gentlemen...just finished changing the oil on the scooter. If it wouldn't cost so much $$$ to get there & involve a passport...I'd like to slap Mr. Suzuki in the face. Or who ever designed the location of the oil filter on my scooter. Getting to the drain plug...not a problem; getting the new oil in (challenging, but not hard); but the oil filter, behind the radiator and front cross-member of the lower part of the frame....total & complete pain the butt. Looks like I'm going to have get a filter wrench socket.

Mowing is one of those projects around my house that you love so much. The dog keeps it well fertilized. So, we don't let it go too long.

As much as it pains me to do business with them...I hate their business tactics toward small business & lack of "Buy American" policies. In my line of work it makes allot more since to buy tires through Sam's Club than anyone else. I looked at Ford since you can get tires taken care of at any "participating dealership"...but the $$$ for the same tire was much higher. So both of our active Fords ride on Sam's tires...and when the time comes the van too. And since the price of fuel is stupidly over-priced, it doesn't bother me to buy at WM/Sams. I know, doing business with the Anti-Christ is still selling your soul to the devil...I'm just trying to put a positive spin on the problem.
Good morning all my favorite people!
