wheel bearing

i have a 93 f150 4x4 i change the wheel bearings every 6 months there getting water moisture in there somehow please help i chage the seal everytime im lost

Are you getting just moisture,or enough water that it's washing out the bearing grease? Curious what driving conditions you are operating in? Seems very odd indeed. What type of grease are you using when you pack the new bearings, and what do the bearings look like when you remove them?

I use ford greese from napa I offroad a little maybe 1a month when I pull it apart the greese looks burnt little rusty

What are you using to pack the wheel bearings? What procedure are you using to tighten them? Water can also come in around the outer hubs as well as the inner side. Verify both are in good shape.

I just use my hand to pack them with greese and I snug the spindle nut then a 1/4 turn back

You really need one of those cheapie bearing packers from a parts store. They make life so much easier. One of those, a tube of grease and a grease gun are your best friend. I gave up on hand packing 15 years ago!

Depending on which hubs you have the torque spec. is 50-70 lbs/ft. then back off 90 degrees. If you are seeing signs of moisture you really need to inspect the hub o-ring as well as the inner seal. Not sure which ones you are referring to when you say you are using Ford seals.

No I use timkin seals but ive paid 500$ for a shop to do them also blew them out few months down the road

Let me re-phrase then. What Timken seals are you referring to? The one on the inside of the rotor/hub assembly? I am also pointing out there are seals on the lock-out hubs on the outside of that same rotor/hub assembly. Water/moisture can enter from either of those areas.

I also suggest a few photos are worth a thousand words.....
