kool vue mirrors
i have a 2008 f350 with power paddle mirrors i replaced them with kool vue towing mirrors with lights and heat the truck is wired for them and everything works except the up and down any suggestions on this would be very appreciated

I mapped out the wiring on a 2002 power mirror here a year or so ago. I would start there. Pull the switch, and check the continuity to see that the switch is working and what should happen when power is applied. Once you have a good sense of what should happen at the switch, verify the power is getting to the mirror motors.
