I am not sure on them, I had ordered mine from Headlight Depot on Ebay. You only need the harness or an adapter if you go to the 9008 lamps. You are going to love the way that it changes the look of your truck!
I would add that if you want really bright lights, get a replacement harness with separate relays. I was going to change over to SilverStar bulbs about 6 years ago and noticed how small the gauge is of the stock headlight harness. So I replaced the harness (with an APC harness) and when I used my headlights the next time I knew it wasn't the bulbs that were the problem with the marginal stock headlights, it was that the harness was too small a gauge and created too much resistance. I ended up never replacing the bulbs.

What he said, you can use the 9007 silverstar bulbs with the stock wires but the harness w/relays will let full batt volts light em up.
I used the GOS harness but I think folks have found some for less, GOS are great people to deal with
