Creaking noise when wheel is fully turned left

When I turn the steering wheel all the way to the left, there is a creaking noise, almost like a metal on metal sound. Could this be a bushing of some sort that is worn?

It sounds like it's coming from down near the left wheel. Happens when I'm parked or moving, as soon as the wheel reaches the far left position. Stock height and stock tires, so no rubbing issues.

Nothing yet and unfortunately I haven't had a chance to get under the truck and investigate.

Try some grease on the steering stops.

You'll have to excuse my ignorance, but what are the steering stops?

It's what limits how far you can turn the wheel in each direction. The pin on the knuckle just above the balljoint and you can see the shiny spot where it contacts the axle housing. It might not be it but it's worth a shot.

My buddy had a squeak when he would turn right. Turned out being the slide pin on the brake caliper wasnt letting the Brake pad out all of the way. Took it apart, greased it and got it moving now as quiet as ever.
