Auto Locking Hub problems

This weekend I was pulling a trailer up a gravel hill and had to put it into 4x4. My buddy decided that it would be better to Lock in 4x4 at the hubs and when he did, the auto locker dial siezed up. Since then it has been stuck in lock and I can't get it undone so I am currently pulling it to try and fix it. I noticed that I have some rubber seal sticking out between the dial and aluminum housing. Reading Guzzles lube and rebuild section it sounds like there are no replacement seal. My question, do they have rebuild kits or am I going to have to order me some warn hubs?

Doesn't guzzle sell the o-rings for the hubs on his website?

At any rate, if the o-ring isn't torn all you need to do is disassemble it lube the o-rings with some silicone lube.

Just pulled it apart and the rest of the seal fell out and it turns freely now and is out of 4x4. Looks like I will be putting an order in with Clay tomorrow.

Do the warn hubs stick out as far as the stock or will they look funny not sticking out past the plastic?

if it is the oring pic 1 you can get a new one but if it is the seal that is behind the *** pic 2 than that is bad.

I've got the warn premiums and just went back to stock wheels. The do look funny with the stock caps. The hub face is recessed and there is a gap. Ordered a pair of 05-07 center caps from ebay hopefully those look better.
