Hey fellas, im starting to get a little nervouse about this one. Few months back i was stopped at a stop sign and went to go and realized i have no turbo. So i punched it and it came back to life. didnt happen again until recently. Acted up on me a slight bit a few weeks ago so i changed the oil and looked everything to see if i could find anything suspicious. Well now this evening i start the truck up and no turbo at all. It has a 4" turbo back so i obviously can hear it when it spools up and there was nothing. i gave it a little gas and it came back but then nothing again. and finally it stayed on and didnt stop again. any ideas on this one?
I have been having problems with the reverse sensors not working ( the OFF light auto. comes on when in reverse and i try to hit it to turn them on and it does nothing and also when im in PARK i hit it to turn them back on and the dome lights go off and the speedo tack jumps.)
The truck just turned over 52,000 miles and the turbo was replaced at 35K miles. Im at lose of ideas...... all the help is appreciated.
Exhasut temp gauge and turbo gauge i watch the both religiously and they both look fine while cruising. When i hit the gas the turck revs and the turbo spools back up but once i let off it cuts out

No load = no boost. Your turbo vanes may be sticking a little and hearing it or not hearing it at idle may just be the turbo vanes cycling due to programming. If boost, EGT's, and driveability seem fine with no other apparent problems then take it out and give it a good "blowing out" and just keep an eye on it.
Have you verified the batteries are healthy (individually load tested)?
Any codes (as Benny asked)?
no tuner, ill check the battery loads today (looked as if ford replaced both at time of purchase in nov.) , no codes have popped up but i dont have a scanner to read for them, do i go to a local shop and have them scan for some?
you need some gauges stock boost is good rpm,mph those are ok
but to monitor the moter you need AM gauges
I use this www.scangauge.com
click here^^^^^^^^^^ great if your on a bugget
some use an edge insight it does a few might as well get an auto enginuty for that price of the edge
I maybe wrong but I only counted 11 pids the edge will do
the Edge just has the bling factor
SGII will get 20-40 pids depending on vehicle year and stratigy
Go to auto part store they scan for codes for free
