Gas Cap attach

Just had some damage repairs done on my 2005 Sport Trac. The body shop did not attach the "keeper strap" of the gas cap back to the
body inside the gas cap cover. Does anyone have a photo of where exactly the strap attaches, which screw, on the inside of the opening ?
Looks like they left one of the screws out too......help appreciated......"G"

There are three bolts around the filler, it attaches to the bottom one

gasman6674...thanks for the "heads up"....do you know if the bolt just un- screws ( captive nut ), or do I have to access a nut on the backside ?....G

Update 06/23/11...Got brave & unscrewed the bottom of the three screws. Sure enough they are hh sheet metal w/captured washer.
Just put the "lanyard washer" under the metal washer & re-attached.
Info...they are a metric size smaller than 9mm, found a "workable"
socket in my dads old socket box....goes back 55+ years !.
