I have a problem my lights stay on wen key is off and lite switch is offit seems that the day time lights stay on there is a 30 amp fuse in the box on the drivers side iner fender that is for the horn and cruise control and the day time lights wen you pull that fuse they go out and will still work normaly on the switch. I have replaced the switch already and that did not solve it aperently there is a cotrol module or a relay some where but its not in the box .dose anybody know were it is hideing?
sorry its a 94 f250 4x4 ext cab diesel e4od and Iam realy stuck on this cause I cant find it in the wireing diagrams that I have from the Haynes book but it does say its there in sentence but thats it . but some glitch some were on that circut is causeing them to stay on . Could it posibly be the ignition switch ?
If it has DRL the module will be mounted below the headlamp on the core support, left hand side, or as the manual describes it "front left hand side of lower radiator support"
Thanks that was it and it was hard to find as I had to lay on the ground and look up in behind the bumper . Once you see it its easy to find LOL. As this part is only on Canadian trucks I would think it would not control anything else ? I am going to leave it unpluged caues they cost 267 $ we will see wen I get the truck insured and take it out for a drive
