i have a f6 ton truck im trying to make it a pickup truck do i have to take off the fenders wat do yall suggest
First, an F6 is a 2 Ton truck. The best advise I can give you is that IF you want a pickup, get an F1 or F2 to start with. otherwise, take off the cab and hood and slide a pickup under it.

Yeah.....the front fenders are going to look ALL WRONG if you use them too.
The F-6 fenders are the same as the F-2s, the F-1s have the smaller wheel opening. The F-2 to F-6 will work on the F-1, the wheel openings will be slightly larger. My neighbor has a '51 F-1 with F-2 fenders and I never noticed it until a couple of years ago when he mentioned he had the F-2 fenders. He has larger wheels so they're not as noticeable.
