Power windows for 79
I would like to install power windows in my F-150 standard cab. I'm curious as to which regulators, motors and any other hardware I might need. I'm sure there are a few tricks to this project, anybody done this?

I'm currently doing this to my '73. I got the complete system out of a '86 F150, including complete wiring harness and switches. I have one door done and it works great, just have to find time to finish the job. There are aftermarket kits available, but I didn't want those because the kits are mostly plastic or cost too much - electro-life has a good kit but costs a lot. I also like the availbility of replacement parts for the '86 - what if the motor or switch needs replaced in 5 years, with the aftermarket complany still be selling them?
