I installed the motor in my truck and have it running,I completely rebuilt this engine and went I got it started today I notice a tick tick tick noise coming from the driver side of the motor, anyone have any Idea?
I would guess something in the v.train, lifters probably, or a slightly loose valve? I would put a stethascope on it. Maybe you could narrow it down that way.
What year is it and what type of rocker arms, rocker arm studs, etc? Some are adjustable and some aren't. I'd guess you have some valve adjustment that's out and you're hearing a lifter tick.
It is a 1986 Ford Bronco, with the bolts that go through the rockers, the ticking sound reminds me of turning the turrets on a scope, just way more audible.

There aren't any adjustments you can do to that style except for pushrod length.
Did you have any work done on the head or block as far as having it milled/shaved, etc? That'll could change the length requirement of your pushrods.
If there's less material, the pushrods could be too long and bottoming out the lifters.
I would imagine that you need new rocker arms and push rods. They do wear down over time and when they do they get slop in them. They can't be adjusted, so bringing it back to spec can only be done by installing new parts.
This is the stock set I purchased. Not too bad of a price.
