Does anyone have any info on a fuel treatment by the name of Estrol Lubritech 2000?
I could not find anything on the internet about it. I just have a quantity of it and would like to use it if it is top quality. I have a 2008 F350 Super Duty that just had the engine replaced at 77,000 miles. I would like to find out what the best additive is, (if any). Driven hard daily, most of the time with a big trailer. Always serviced @ 3-4000 miles in past. Any suggestions for better care would be appreciated.
I used Power Service religiously on my 6.0 for 120,000 miles before I traded it in. On my 6.7, I just used Ford Cetane and conditioner for the first 3,000 miles. I then tried the Power Service Grey bottle additive again (grey only because of the summer months now, I'll switch back to the white bottle in the winter) and noticed the difference on the first tank. It brought my MPGs up by about 1.8 MPG. I now have about 4,600 miles and have noticed the gain on every fill up since 3,000 miles. I am going to stick with the Power Service product at this point.
