What's required of you during the next two years to renew that?

Guess we know now why you're Trey, too.

Best man at my wedding was a III, but we call him Bill........

A list of things that would make a NASA pre-flight test list look like a pop up book.

EMT: "Remember that time you gave me that speeding ticket?"
Officer who needs help: "yeah"
EMT: "Well I remembered that, so I went 5mph slower than the limit on the way here"

Not that I'd ever do that. Police and EMS have a great working relationship because we know we need each other.

Very similar.
Yes, they will sell them to anyone. But if a cop pulls you over and you cant produce an EMT license, he will probably give you every infraction he can.

However, to my knowledge, there is no actual offense for impersonating an EMT. Unless you wear a badge. That can get you in trouble.

Upon a google search it appears that (as I could have guessed) that it varies state to state, but many have made it a felony to impersonate an EMT.

I know you wont lol

We also like to make up long words or phrases to describe something.

negative vehicle-to-vehicle interface: car crash
Anginamatra: Hurts like a mother. (Angina means pain, matra is root for maternal)
High Speed Led Injection: Gunshot

etc..

Look what I got today $70... but it was worth it. I'm doing volunteer work for now. I need to get 1000 hours working as an EMT before I can get my degree which is in Paramedic Studies. For now I am doing event stand by at Roller Derby games.

Should be some good stories there. Where does one catch a game?

Now ya gotta get an iron, or $2.50 at the dry cleaners.

Probably gonna be $2.50 at the dry cleaners.. If I tried to use an iron I might end up in the ER myself...

You can catch the next Bout (thats what a roller derby game is called) September 10th at 5:30pm at Freedom Park.

There are other matches with a different league in Ventura, but currently I am with the Ventura County Derby Darlins, who are based out of Camarillo.
