I have a 1997 F250, OBS, 7.3 Powerstroke with the California emmissions. I have fuel that pools in the valley of the top of the engine. I checked the filter housing and changed the fuel pump and there is still a leak. I think its coming from a flat black pancake looking thing under the turbo pedestal. I don't know what that is yet. Does anyone know? It has a fuel line going from it to the fuel pump. I assume its part of the Ca emmission. Some good advice would help. I'm new to the diesel truck engines.
