7.3 running rough, missing, no power

ummmm......Huh.......lol. So you might want to find the ranger section and start a new thread. You'll probably get better results than piggy backing off a thread that I'd 4 years old, and in the diesel section. Welcome to the forum.

engine runs really rough
2000 f 350 with a 7.3 my brother in law gave to me, I changed glow plugs, oil, drained gas and put in 10 new gallons since it sat for 6 yrs, replaced glow plug solenoids. problem is starts now but really rough for about 30 seconds or so then smooth's out.

Best guess is bad glow plugs or bad GPR. What brand glow plugs did you use? Don't say Autolite.
And I really hope you did not put 10 gallons of gas into a diesel truck.
But best bet for you now is to start a new post with all the details. Many folks will skip right past a really old post like this one.
