FordOmatic Torque Converter

I was wondering if anyone knows of a supplier for a new Fordomatic torque converter or a refurbished one.

Needs to be 12 1/2" dia. 4 tabs, 29 spline, and a pilot dia of 1.572" sound about right?

The business that rebuilt my tranny deals with Precission out of New Hampton Iowa. It wasn't listed in their book but the engineer we talked to said it was in the system but didn't know of any being in stock. So next week I will check back in with the guy that rebuilt my tranny to see what they come up with.

Since it doesn't sound real promissing I wanted to see if there was a source that would have them in stock right now.

Thank you for any input!!

Give these people a call to see if they may have one or at least point you in the right direction to someone who will. I have used them for old transmission parts before.
