coolant injection?
In the context of the water/meth injection setups, would a very slight leak in a head gasket make your truck run like a raped ape? I would think not because it would only hit one or two cyliders.
It was just a random thought I had. I have no idea how those injection setups work.

I guess what I was thinking was that when the piston draws down creating vacuum it could pull in a tad little bit of coolant. I thought there was always vacuum on a down stroke compression on an up stroke.

No vacuum on a Diesel engine only on a gas engine. With a turbo diesel you are pressurizing the cylinder on the intake stroke.

Unless the head cracked like two of my engines did. One engine had cracks extending from the valve guide area into the seat and the other was cracked between the valve and to the exhaust valve seat. Both engines failed while towing and were replaced due to hydrolock.
