Don't know about 10w30 but you can use 1 Quart of TCW-III 2 Stroke oil/fillup will quiet the injectors You can get it at Walmart it will not smoke where the motor oil will.

I add the 2 Stroke from Walmart and Diesel Clean grey bottle every fill. A co worker walked by the truck one morning and made a comment at how quiet it was.

1 oz. per gallon of fuel. (2 stroke)

And these are my fuel filters after 15,000 miles of this.

Diesel kleen and 2-stroke is great. I use 15-20 oz per tank, not 1oz per gallon, I think that is way too much.

So do you think it's the 2 stroke oil or the Tequila thats helping to keep the filters so clean?

I was running 2-Stroke and Diesel Kleen, but recently switched to Opti-Lube XDP. It's a bit pricier, but runs just as well, and fuel economy went up approx .5mpg. The XDP has second best (Biodiesel was first) on multiple tests for lubricity and cetane increase:

Test 1 (Diesel Power Magazine)
Fuel Additive Test - Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel - Diesel Power Magazine

Test 2 (Independant Research)
Lubricity Additive Study Results - Diesel Place : Chevrolet and GMC Diesel Truck Forums

The tequila just helps the process go smoother. Either way, Me and My truck run well.

The bottle actually had the water drain plug fluid in it.

I've been running Power Service for a couple of years (white or gray depending on climate) and noticed some decent fuel mileage improvement over untreated fuel. This is my recent fuel mileage with Power Service.Pavement Princess (Ford F-250 Super Duty) | Fuelly I just ordered a gallon of XPD, so we'll see what kind of change in fuel mileage I might see.

And with fuel that clean (I don't see any water) that's a good sign.
