A P1151 means the front O2 sensor on the driver's side of the engine isn't switching from a low voltage to a higher voltage or vice versa.
If you don't have a P0174 0r P0175 to go with the P1151 the likely problem is a bad O2 sensor.
The proper way to pinpoint test it is to have your dealer (or other reputable shop)monitor the live data coming from the O2.
If you have lots of miles on the truck you might want to just replace the sensor and see if it fixes it but I'm not one that likes doing it that way.
I have a question I have 2001 F150 Sport 4x4 it feels like i have to push the gas pedel to floor to go. It reaches about 3500 rpms and shift to second hard and shifts hard in 3 rd too. Is this normal for these trucks?

You might want to have someone in your area drive it or do a ride-along to help investigate any driveability issues. If your truck is throwing this code it has nothing to do with the transmission. You will want to start your own thread to discuss your specific truck's issues.
I have a 2003 F150 Sport 4X4 (MSOF!) single cab short bed with a 4.2 V6 automatic.
When I stomp on it, it goes. It is no hot rod but it has no problem keeping up with traffic. I don't think it feels to me like it shifts harder than it should. If I want to slowly creep around dirt roads, it does that really well.
My truck is bone stock and it has 2" blocks on it from the factory.
