The rear stabilizer (anti-roll) bar won't do a thing for trailer sway. Its a torsional device which helps reduce body roll with top-heavy loads in the bed of the truck. It has no effect on towed loads. You need a good weight distributing hitch to get more weight on your front axle.

Heavy service is specific to the front axle only, no rear anti sway (but it can be added). If the truck is everything you need without the anti sway, have the dealer throw it in for you (or do a test pull with your trailer and determine if you even need it).

EDIT - didn't realize the OP was from June, oh well...

Is the 'Slide in camper certification' a document or a sticker or you just have it because you have the camper package?

My camper certification was a document, for 2007. They must have changed that, due to the ease with which one can lose the document. *cough*

You should also have a sticker attached to the door jamb.
