But Al, you are out in it a lot more then I..I just have the shop life.. which isnt that much fun today..
I was talking to my younger brother, his sinus have got so bad, his left eye started to swell shut. He is going in for surgery on the 24th for it.
SO we installed a bunch of 60" fans in the shop running through the roof and the wall, as of right now, all they are doing is acting like a convection oven, it is sucking all the hot air into the shop..
For about 9 years I have been trying my hardest to see a bear in the UP while camping, have yet to do so. I did however see a Wolf once with my son, We were just West of Seney on US2.
CHRIS, ARE YOU GOING TO RUN OVER TO ATLANTA FOR THAT HUNT, IF YOU GET IT? I have hunted Altlanta a couple of years, never saw an Elk..hell, didnt see a deer.
That is awesome Torr! I have yet to see one in the wild. Been by Zehnders ranch many times to check them out. What a cool animal. Bear I have seen, unfortunately I see to many Wolf when deer hunting in the UP, along with more Coyote than you could imagine.
A little north and west of Atlanta Pat. Black bears are all over around here. There are a few coyote packs around the camp area. We picked off two two years ago. The state is going to have to do something with the wolf population, the locals can only do so much. If you go to the UP Pat try going over to the Lake Independence area. Perkins Park is where we used to go back in the sixties. Lots of bear!
