nice pete, get that money!

i just filled the new KZ440 up, and calculated 53mpg with most miles at 65mph. that was a wallet friendly fill up! 2.1 gallons

I got a letter from Central today saying I've been awarded a $2,000 scholarship for "academic excellence."

Someone there must have made a big mistake cause I'm definitely do NOT have "Academic excellence"

Yesterday:
Rototilled two truck loads of cow manure into the garden.
Changed the oil in the F-350, greased it. The Tie Rod on the Passenger side needs replacing. Greased all the joints, even the extra one I installed in the 4X4 linkage. The transfer case is 1 pint low again. Found the front cab mount shot to hell. also found a crack in the plow frame. Replaced the front shocks.

Today going to replace the fuel filter. Going to Vee out that crack in the plow frame and weld it up. Maybe start fabrication on the Jib crane for the machinists friend.
