I bet the cruise control is kaput too. I also bet there is a light to the left of the steering column flashing a code 32. That means the air bag is not working either. You need to replace the clock spring, under the steerimg wheel. It's not too hard to do. Clockspring will cost about $75.
Any way to diagnose that it you don't have cruise control? It's got the 5 speed stick.

I have a new clock spring for my 94, just haven't gotten around to putting it in yet.

Im off for the next 2 days once I get done tonight. Got stuff I have to do on monday like go to my car insurance agent and alot of other boring stuff. But on the bright note get to go out to dinner with some good friends tomorrow.
