He must not Charlie. I wont know if the did send it out for the headliner or not Charlie. I know they did find a problem I didnt know about and fixed it for me while it was there.

It will get a new headliner, you can't remove the stain without the cloth seperating from the backer. you won't be able to tell if they did a good job. If they did a bad job, you have my permission to flip out.

they fixed a airbag problem in my 03, and the tech had a screwdriver in his back pocket. when I went to pick up the truck, they had put aftermarket seat covers on it, said that was free, for me being a good customer. I pulled the cover off right then.... There was a poke hole in the passenger seat..... I blew my mind, right there

It finally got to where if I pulled in the service lane in that truck, the service dept would empty out.

I'm sure it did Charlie. The dealer I go treats me well and listens to me like im a person not a number or an addition to the bottom line. The service writer I use there is actually a real good guy.

the ford dealer I bought the truck from, and used for service sucked. even the parts dept is a lost cause. I'll not say who, because I don't want to be back in court AGAIN.
