trying to figure out compression

I am building my engine to be a weekend warrior. It is currently a stock 96' 351w. I am going to do the following mode and want to keep the truck running on 91 pump gas.

Engine mode:
393 Eagle crank
Stock 351 rods
Stock 91 Forged Mustang pistons

Heads:
190cc ProComp casting
62cc chambers
2.02 1.60 valves

Mr. Performance is assembling my heads. And a local shop is doing my bottom end. Also would like amy ideas or suggestions.

With a stock piston and a 62cc head you should be around 9.5:1. Thats me going by what I have read. If you had dome pistons with those heads then your compression would be alot higher. The set up you have will be fine on 91 gas.
