the interweb in general has been dead lately because of the weather. it's either nice out and folks are doing stuff that they couldn't all winter, or their house is under water and internet connectivity is an issue. true story

yeah i was hoping it was the holiday weekend i was thinkin man its mud truck season we outta start seeing alot of posts about runnin and breakin lol. dan how have you guys made out with all the weather out in the midwest?

i'm good. i'm in central illinois, so we've been pretty lucky and got missed by most of the bad stuff. it has been raining like hell over the last week though, but i'm a good 20 miles from any bodies of water besides a few man made lakes so no flooding by me.

back to the upper most statements about the holidays and what not..i think thats what it was, plus with it being summer, i did most of my typing at school, and im guessing alotta people did their typing at work.

the weather channel sucks in general. i'v never seen so many wrong predictions and reports from one entity.......wait, yes i have, the gubment. the weather channel is about as trust worthy as the gubment.

In my neck of the woods All the big trucks hit up the hills/pits on memorial day weekend. Its tradition. 
Also the weekend the sheriff brings up his F-250 and quad and hands out memorial tickets.

it's new years day around here, least it used to be when we had places to wheel 
now it's illegal to drive down rural route mud roads let alone any of the river bottoms or field areas we used to hit up.
