Rear Speakers
Not having any luck in audio section (other forum) so I thought Id try our trucks specific section:
I blew a rear speaker (6x8 right rear). I picked up a couple new ones to replace (nothing fancy). The stock has two connectors with two wires each, a little circuit board with two thingys on it. Does the tweeter in the door get powered by this?? I hooked up one of the new speakers but the tweeter isnt working. Im wondering if I can just cut the other two wires and solder them to the same on new speaker and tweeter should work? But I wouldnt have the circuit board...
