erratic outside air temp
my oat guage (on the overhead console) has been acting up recently, showing temps of 16-38 degrees when the actual temps are in the 50's. this wouldnt be a problem but when the oat acts up so does the fuel quantity. When the oat shows low and erratic the fuel quantity will either show about 1/2 tank or a full tank. my question is are the two probes located next to each other and or am i looking at a wiring or computer issue?
the problem seems to only occour in temps below 55-60 degrees and high humidity. BTW its a late 99 f-350 PSD XLT Lariot
