I found the connector tucked up high under the dash to the right of the steering column (when seated in the driver's seat) with nothing plugged into it. The connector is attached to the dash supports but it can be rotated for easier access. See the following link for the pdf of the installation procedure.

Would there be any reason why my upfitter switches wouldn't work? I found the wires under my dash and hooked to the correct one, but got nothing. So I tried another one and again nothing. When I flip the switches on the dash, the lights come on as if they are working.

The lights are not in the power path, just indicators.
There are at least 5 fuses. 2 in the passenger kick panel fuse box
3 in the engine bay fuse box.
And rumor has it one at the control box at the left edge of the dash.
