Stock AD rebuilds from Swamps. Somethings up though because of the ~40 degree lower temperature. Either compression or injector.

When I compared my ICP DC with Steve's, looks like I'm getting more oil with less duty cycle, so my High pressure oil seems to be ok.

Wasn't there a cheat for the EBPS plug using a resistor? I know there is one for the EBP Solenoid plug but thought there was one for the sensor plug as well

Probably, a little more difficult to make due to the 5v reference (3-wire sensor), BUT, if this thing is causing all this grief, there is a table in there that correlates to it, and having a static pressure may not be the best option.

I'm leaning heavily toward 250/200's for the Excursion right now - and maybe a GT4294. With big oil (BTS twins?), headstuds, valvesprings, pushrods, etc... (might need to change sig - 500hp may be low for that combo )

Some guys out there are doing cool stuff as far as tuning these big sticks go!!! Dial the PW waaaaay back and reduce ICP and you can make them act like much smaller injectors.
