If you drove it that way, I'd pull the injector and change the copper washer. Friend of mine over-torqued an injector and ruined the copper washer. Engine idled really crappy and had a slight miss

Want to say is only like 10lbs of tq, I used a 1/4" ratchet so I couldn't over tq. Truck doesn't have a miss but it has an interesting idol, I'm just going to yank the injector and replace the orings and washer again, truck smokes in the mornings again

Mine has a slight lope when it idles but doesn't smoke and I have replaced the washer and orings.

All the injectors need to be torqued down with a torque wrench to 10 ft/lbs.. The slight lope could be in the tuning or the injectors, but if all your injectors are good and were torqued correctly, the tuning probably needs to be adjusted to smooth out the idle.

You just had your chip reburned... Why didn't you have it changed for 100% nozzles? That's quite a bit of your smoke and maybe your lopey idle right there.. Injector PW isn't matched up to the injectors. Mine was lopey w/ 80% nozzles tuned for stage 1's...
