Grease Gun

Hello every one just wanted to know what brand of grease gun I should buy? I was looking at Lincoln for about $37 and then a brand named Guardian for $23. I was going to buy it at Farm & Fleet. Any tips on buying one? I just dont want to buy junk and have it only work for a few times.
Heres a link to the Lincoln....Lincoln 1134 Pistol Grip Grease Gun (15-1/2" gun, 18" hose, 2-1/4") at Blain's Farm & Fleet
Thanks

Any type of small grease gun will work for years if you take care of it. No need to buy an expensive one unless you want to hand it down to one of your kids someday.

I have a Lincoln that was 20years old when I got it, still going strong. I have had issues with a Harbor Freight one failing to pump past an air pocket.

Texas, I've had the same one for about ten years. It's well-built and will more than likely outlast me. The pistol-grip is a must for one-man operation.

I use Moly Graph grease in pretty much everything. It's durable, doesn't wash out, and leaves a layer of graphite and molybdenum in case you don't grease quite as often as you should.

LOL, you live in the Rust Belt. You need to use Salt Resistant Grease, AKA Boat trailer bearing grease. Just give the Chassis a shot everytime you do an oil change. This is to make-up for the lighter weight grease. Graingers has Grease gun clamp mounts.
